Utility and Treatment Plant Sales   Clow Water Systems Company sells and channels all of its piping products through two distinct sales groups, underground pipe/fittings (utility) sales and treatment plant sales. The utility sales group sells in a 14-state geographical territory located primarily in the Midwest. The treatment plant sales group sells nationwide to plant contractors who construct water and wastewater treatment plants and pumping stations.
